Each year, The Help Desk Institute identifies and honors the industry's top support analysts and desktop technicians. Those nominated get the opportunity to compete regionally with their peers. Awards are given based on customer service, team commitment, knowledge sharing, leadership, and technical aptitude.
On Thursday, December 3rd our own Brandon Flowers, Abbey Wilson, Kendall Baker, and William Lancaster took the stage as HDI nominees. William and Kendall were both honored as nominees for the desktop technician of the year, and Kendall placed as a finalist. Abbey and Brandon were also honored as finalists in the category of support analyst of the year. Brandon Flowers received 2nd runner up for the region. As this was the first time that Texas Wesleyan was competing for these awards we are very excited to have represented so well. Go team!
