Why live on campus?

This is one of the best parts of college. Everything is closer—friends, food, fun, classes. Do you ever hear someone complaining about the traffic on the sidewalk? Be steps away, not miles.

More benefits of living on campus:

  • Residents tend to have a higher GPA
  • More likely to graduate, and graduate sooner
  • Independence—it's like your first step to being on your own

How do I apply?

Applying is easy. You'll complete these 2 steps.

  1. Log in to your account using your Texas Wesleyan email and password
  2. Submit your app and answer a few questions about your likes, dislikes, etc.

That's it. You're done. During the summer, you'll be able to look for a roommate. We can also use your application to match you with a roommate. You will then receive an email with your room assignment in late July.

Building & Room Details

Let's get this out of the way—all of the options below are space permitting. We don't have enough rooms for everybody. That's why you should reserve your spot as soon as you can. Here are some basics to know:

  • All freshmen live in Stella or Elizabeth Hall
  • All halls are co-ed
  • All rooms include:
    • XL twin bed
    • Desk and chair
    • Chest of drawers

Big things are happening in Residence Life. We've recently added a Which Wich, Starbucks and more in Gina's Café in the Martin Center.
