Why should I support the Wesleyan Fund? We've got 3 great reasons

10.06.2015 | By: Texas Wesleyan University

Alumni know firsthand what an education from Texas Wesleyan means. Smaller class sizes mean a personalized education suited to each student with professors who care about individual success. It’s our goal to provide this opportunity for every future Ram to come.

Wondering how you can help? Supporting the Wesleyan Fund is one answer.

The Wesleyan Fund is pretty special, because it actually makes a difference in the lives of Texas Wesleyan students. Here’s how:

  • It funds scholarships: Like the ones that helped so many of us get through college.
  • It strengthens academic programs: Like the ones that changed the course of our lives for the better.
  • It increases our participation rates: Like the ones major foundations look at when considering Texas Wesleyan for grants and funds.

As a special thank you to our donors, all who contribute at least $500 to the Wesleyan Fund before May 31, 2016 will receive a personalized brick in the Donor Brick Walkway located just outside the West Library. For more information on updates to the Donor Brick Program as well as the new donor recognition levels, check out this story from last month’s Ram’s Horn.

This year is the 125th anniversary for Texas Wesleyan University, a milestone that could not happen without a history of support from alumni and friends like you. If you have been considering a gift of any size to the Wesleyan Fund, today’s the day.
