Vaqueros soccer team on campus to sell discounted charity match tickets

Come support Texas Wesleyan's very own soccer star, goalkeeper Arturo Sanchez, and the Fort Worth Vaqueros Minor League Soccer Team at their Charity Shield match!

They will be on campus Tuesday, July 22 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the campus mall selling discounted tickets to Wesleyan staff, faculty and students.

This year’s match will take place at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 25 at LaGrave Field to benefit the Hispano Exito organization, which promotes “Hispanic Success” by providing backpacks and supplies to local school children.

The Vaqueros will donate the net proceeds from ticket sales or donations from this match to Hispano Exito. Season ticket holders and youth 5 and under get in free, but are encouraged to provide a cash donation or bring backpacks and school supplies to the game.
