Texas Wesleyan University and Texas A&M University have each announced its intention to enter into a long-term relationship that would include the acquisition by Texas A&M University of the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. 		  The contemplated relationship and the acquisition of the law school by Texas A&M University remain subject to certain conditions and approvals including the negotiation, execution, and performance of mutually agreeable definitive agreements.
