How do I order my cap and gown?

The easiest way to make sure you get exactly what you need is to order the regalia package online.

All orders must be placed no later than Oct 1. Late orders are subject to rush fees.

Graduation fees must be paid in full in order to participate in graduation, receive regalia, commencement tickets, diploma and transcripts.

*Doctoral candidates are given the option to purchase custom doctoral gowns from the University Bookstore for an additional fee. The lead time for purchased custom regalia delivery is ten weeks. All doctoral regalia must be ordered by March 6.

When do I pick up my cap and gown?

Herff Jones, the official vendor for TXWES regalia, is shipping your regalia direct to your home. All students who have ordered their official regalia by June 1 should confirm their shipping address to ensure their regalia is received.

How much does it cost?

Good news! For bachelor and master’s candidates, your regalia package was included in your graduation fee that was applied to your RamLink account when you applied for graduation. That means you don’t have to pay anything else. Just be sure to pay your fee. Graduates with unpaid fees may not be eligible to pick up regalia.

Doctoral students have the option of purchasing their cap and gown for an additional cost or renting their cap and gown for no additional cost.
