Have you even thought about finals yet? The rush is on to finish your coursework for the fall semester. The Academic Success Center (ASC) tutors feel the tension in each tutoring appointment. Panic is starting to arise for students. 

Our ASC tutors offer simple tips to conquer finals preparation.

1. Get organized. Get a finals schedule and plan when your exams are.
2. Locate all of your old tests and other important course content from this semester.
3. Spend 10 minutes per class looking through those old tests to determine if you need to refresh specific topics.
4. Create study groups with classmates and hold each other accountable for studying during pre-planned time periods.
5. Get your tutoring appointments scheduled in advance. Tutors book up quickly during finals.

The ASC will be offering review sessions for select courses. The schedule will be posted once it is finalized. The ASC will be open but keep in mind some tutors will be changing their schedules to accommodate their finals schedule.
