Dr. Ngozi Akinro, assistant professor of mass communication, recently published a book chapter titled "Corruption sings loudest: Music, Political participation and Impression management." The chapter appeared in a book, Music and Messaging in the African Political Arena. She will also be presenting a research article in the National Association of African American Studies (NAAAS) conference in Dallas this February.
