Texas Wesleyan MBA graduate Travis Smith '14 was recently published in the Journal of Business Diversity, Volume 15.(1). ‌

Smith's paper on the millennial generation and their effects on the workplace began during his "Organizational Behavior" class with Dr. Thomas Nichols. With Dr. Nichols' encouragement, Smith submitted his work to the Southern Management Association, where it was presented alongside students from Rice University, Brigham Young University and the University of Alabama. 

"I could not have had this opportunity without the help and guidance from Dr. Nichols," said Smith, expressing his gratitude for Texas Wesleyan and the MBA faculty’s support in this process.
