Texas Wesleyan to host DFW Collaboration for local student recruitment
While fall classes have not yet started, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions is already fine tuning the next recruitment cycle.
Aside from attending area and regional college fairs, hosting AVID presentations, speeding between high school and college visits, performing parent programs, presenting to PTK and military students and conducting on-campus events, Texas Wesleyan is proud to host the DFW Collaboration.
The Collaboration is a newly formed organization chaired by April Tillett, freshman admissions counselor, consisting of DFW universities who host joint recruitment events across the Metroplex.
Did you know there are more than 42 national universities with recruiters already based in DFW for the sole purpose of recruiting our local students? The mission of the organization is to ensure local students are aware of the plentiful higher educational options located in their own backyard.
Universities partnering with Texas Wesleyan will be UNT, UNT-Dallas, TCU, University of Dallas, Midwestern State, SMU, Tarleton, DBU, UT–Arlington and Texas Women’s University.
