Texas Wesleyan Announces Lauren Findley as New Vice President of Enrollment
Texas Wesleyan University is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Findley as the new Vice President of Enrollment Management. With more than 10 years of experience in higher education enrollment and admissions, Findley brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to this pivotal role.
Prior to joining Texas Wesleyan, Findley served as the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment at Jacksonville State University where she achieved the largest incoming classes in university history for the past four consecutive years. With an enrollment of more than 9,900 students, Jacksonville State University continues to experience growth with increasing student opportunities due to Findley’s leadership. Known for her innovative approach and ability to drive results, Findley has established herself as a forward thinker and a trusted collaborator, working across departments to create cohesive strategies that enhance the student experience and improve recruitment outcomes.
As Vice President of Enrollment Management at Texas Wesleyan, Findley will oversee the University’s enrollment strategy, admissions processes, recruitment initiatives, marketing and communications. She will work closely with campus leadership to ensure that Texas Wesleyan continues to attract a diverse and talented student body, while maintaining the commitment to academic excellence and student success.

Findley is passionate about developing personalized recruitment and enrollment strategies for students. Her leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of Texas Wesleyan University and supporting its mission to provide high-quality education to students from all backgrounds.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Findley is deeply committed to serving her local community. She is actively involved in organizations focusing on the health and well-being of others, as well as youth initiatives. Findley earned Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Auburn University and Master of Arts in Liberal Studies at Jacksonville State University.
