Evan Faris ’76 is now a part-time chef at Lost Creek Golf Club in Aledo.
Evan Faris ’76 was cast in Greater Tuna at Graham Regional Theatre. The play runs from May 6-22 and tickets are available at online.
Jennifer Henderson ’96 and team received a Special Judges Award for Outdoor for their Worthington National Bank billboard design at the American Advertising Federation Awards in Fort Worth.
Daphne Brookins ’01 was honored as an “Extraordinary” woman committed to valuable community service at the 2016 Fort Worth/ Tarrant County Minority Leaders & Citizens Council Women’s History Month Celebration.
Brian Matlock ’01 MBA ’01 and wife Mindy ’02 welcomed baby Harrison Leo Matlock on March 4.
Brennan Shingleton MBA ’05 was named NAIA Sooner Athletic Conference Coach of the Year after leading the Texas Wesleyan Rams to 23-6 record in the regular season and had the team ranked as high as 3rd nationally. The Rams won the SAC regular season championship with a league record of 14-4 and earned an automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament.

Chase Burnett ’10 was featured in the Gillette The Shielder Grooming commercial in March on the Men’s Health website.
Thomas Vasquez ’12 and wife Lisa welcomed daughter Jacqueline Marie on March 2.
Jacob Rivera-Sanchez ’15 was named a National Finalist in the Musical Theatre Initiative (MTI) week at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. MTI also gave him the opportunity to audition for the Open Jar Institute in New York City. Open Jar is a week-long musical theatre intensive where participants have the opportunity to train with some of NY and Broadway's greatest actors, directors and choreographers.
