Local Giving Tuesday initiative established to help nonprofits during COVID-19
Each year, Texas Wesleyan University raises critical annual support through the Wesleyan Fund, which helps to address the financial and academic needs of our students.
Over 40% of our students are Pell eligible, meaning they have high financial need and many are on monthly tuition payment plans as they work their way through college. The COVID-19 pandemic has created significant and unforeseen financial burdens for these students. Because of this, many of them are at risk of dropping out of classes or stopping their education altogether.
We are committed to ensuring that students are still able to realize their dream of earning a degree. The Wesleyan Fund plays a vital role in our ability to provide students with scholarships, maintain robust programs and offer other forms of support.
So many members of the Wesleyan community have already shared their concern for our students and their belief in our mission through generous donations. Join the RAMily in supporting this mission by visiting our profile and making a gift to the Wesleyan Fund today. Together, we can make a difference.
