New size requirements for images in T4

When the Office of Marketing and Communications launched the redesigned University website, the size requirements for all news story and event feature images changed.
What is the new image size?
- Width: 690 pixels
- Height: 460 pixels
- Resolution: 72 dpi
Before the launch, all users were required to use images that are 450 pixels wide and 300 pixels tall. Now, users will be required to use photos that are 690 x 460 pixels.
Don't forget, all images that you want to use on the website should have a resolution of 72 dpi. If you're not quite sure what that means or how to make that happen, give the marketing office a call at extension 5812 or digital@txwes.edu. We'd love to help you.
Do I have to update all of my old images?
No way. We know you're busy and have a long list of things to do. This change will just apply to all new news stories and events posted to txwes.edu.
