Summer is here! That means plenty of time to lay out by the pool, hit the beach, grill up some burgers or just take a breather! It also means Summer Fridays are here and slightly changed TerminalFour deadlines.

The Flame

The Flame schedule will remain unchanged throughout the summer. Have a story you want to get added into the Flame? Make sure to get the story added into TerminalFour and submitted to marketing for approval by 11 a.m. on the Monday before the Flame is emailed.

TerminalFour Submission Deadlines

With Summer Fridays in effect for the months of June and July, no TerminalFour submissions will be reviewed on the Fridays when the University is closed. That means if you need a story posted for the weekend, make sure to submit it for marketing approval by 11 a.m. on Thursday. Stories submitted after 11 a.m. will not be reviewed until the following Monday. Urgent stories can be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis — email Ryan Stankard at stankard@txwes.edu with any urgent requests.
