What We Do
General Maintenance

We manage a variety of tasks, including servicing HVAC systems, overseeing landscaping and irrigation, and performing skilled trades work. Project Management
In addition to daily maintenance, we excel in managing complex construction and renovation projects. Our project management team, comprised of professionals with extensive experience in construction, project planning, and execution, works collaboratively with architects, contractors, and university stakeholders. We are adept at balancing the demands of modern development with the need to preserve our historic campus. From initial design to final implementation, we handle every detail with precision and care, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
