The evidence that active learning is an effective teaching strategy is mounting, but implementing active learning techniques in the classroom can be intimidating, especially for classes where large amounts of information must be covered in a short period of time.

This workshop aims to demystify the use of activities to promote active learning in the classroom and will help participants design activities that fit the needs of their classroom.
