At the 2017 Fall Kickoff, Dr. Sandra McGuire shared learning strategies that students can use to improve their academic performance.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss efficient ways to teach students how to use two of these strategies (reading the textbook using SQ5R and working homework problems that require mathematical calculations) without giving up significant amounts of class time.
