The University’s financial aid office recently purchased the Stamina In Stride Cycle XL for its employees to use at their desks. The cycle has adjustable tension and if you lean back in your chair while cycling, you get a core workout!
“My staff are usually busy all day long and thought this would be a great idea so they could get some exercise at their desk,” Direct of Financial Aid Laurie Rosenkrantz, said.
