Official electronic transcripts (PDF version) are $5 and official paper transcripts are $7 each. Transcripts may be purchased through Texas Wesleyan’s transcript ordering service.
Unofficial transcripts are available to currently enrolled and former students 24/7 for no charge. To access your unofficial transcript, log in to Ramlink, go under the student section under Academic Profile and click on Transcript. You then will select UG-Undergraduate; GR-Graduate or DOC-Doctoral from the drop-down menu. Click submit and your unofficial transcript will be available to you. The unofficial transcript on Ramlink is not in the same format as official transcript from the Office of Student Records but it is the same information.
Transcripts selected for mailing or for pickup are completed in 2 to 4 business days following receipt of the request and payment. Transcripts that have been designated for electronic delivery are completed in 1 to 3 business days. During registration periods and graduation preparation days, processing may take longer.
We do not provide same day service. Students may ask to have their requests expedited for the transcript fee and an additional fee of $15; this does not guarantee overnight processing or delivery. The fee for UPS Overnight is the cost of the transcript plus $30 per address and includes next day service. Expedited requests received during non-business hours are processed on the next business day after the requested date.
Texas Wesleyan University reserves the right to deny transcripts or copies of records not required to be made public by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) in any of the following situations:
