Texas Wesleyan has decided to participate in the 2023 Great Colleges to Work For program — a project we embarked on pre-COVID that we are now able to carry forward. The program, now in its sixteenth year, recognizes institutions that have created exceptional work environments. University leadership considers this to be an important endeavor, and we respectfully ask for your participation.

The survey will be open March 4-31, giving University employees plenty of time to complete the survey.  Here are some things you need to know:

  • Your responses to the survey will be completely confidential
  • Your participation is entirely voluntary
  • We will receive a summary report of our survey results, which we will share with the larger TXWES community
  • Instructions on how to access the survey will be sent on March 4
  • The survey audience includes full-time faculty and staff

The survey will be processed by ModernThink LLC, an independent management consulting firm focusing on workplace quality in higher education. They will manage all aspects of the survey process and ultimately perform the analysis that will provide University leadership an employee satisfaction analysis of TXWES faculty and staff, and will also determine which institutions will be recognized as the 2023 Great Colleges to Work For.

When you receive the invitation, please take a moment to complete the survey and join us in our efforts to make Texas Wesleyan a better place to work!

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Angela Dampeer, associate vice president of human resources at 817-531-5853 or adampeer@txwes.edu, or visit www.GreatCollegesProgram.com
