The Goostree Symposium and the Marjorie Herrera Lewis Speaker Series are teaming up to present Dallas Cowboys Sideline Reporter Kristi Scales at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7 in Nicholas Martin Hall. The topic of the presentation is A New Ballgame: Women In Sports Media. Sports anchor, Scott Murray will act as master of ceremonies. This series is sponsored in part by the Fort Worth Star Telegram. Faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends of the University are invited to attend this free event.

Kristi Scales just completed her 19th season as the sidelines reporter for the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network. During game day broadcasts, Scales brings listeners exclusive up-to-the-second information from the Cowboys players and coaches.

Scott Murray spent over three decades with NBC television as a multi Emmy award-winning TV sports anchor and broadcast journalist.
