Trent Sandles, campus visit coordinator, received the Staff Hero Award during President Frederick G. Slabach's November 2020 Town Hall meeting.
The Staff Hero Award honors staff members for their efforts toward reaching the goals of the University's 2020 Vision.
“Trent’s contributions to the admissions team are immeasurable,” Pati Alexander, vice president for enrollment & student services, said. "He is a wonderful example of what it means to be a Ram and have Ram pride, and makes a big impression with our potential students.”
During his tenure, Sandles helped create and implement major events like Go Wesleyan Day, Ram Camp and Midnight Madness. He made a tremendous impact on the campus visit experience by working closely with consultants to revamp the campus tour.
