For the second year in a row, Texas Wesleyan University has been ranked in the #1 tier of regional universities in the West by U.S. News & World Report.
“This is an external validation of what we already know to be true,” says Texas Wesleyan President Frederick G. Slabach. “Our faculty and staff provide individualized attention that focuses on student success in their future professions. This is a wonderful recognition that we have a great liberal arts undergraduate program as well as excellent graduate programs.”
Texas Wesleyan offers undergraduate degrees in 29 major fields of study, a fully accredited MBA program, graduate programs in education and counseling, and the largest graduate nurse anesthesia program in the U.S. In addition, Texas Wesleyan School of Law is the only law school in Tarrant County and one of only two law schools in all of North Texas.
The U.S News rankings help prospective students choose a college based on relative quality and value. The West tier includes such institutions as Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas; Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley, California; and, Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
