The Office of the Provost and Institutional Research started administering the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) to Texas Wesleyan University undergraduate, first-year and senior students on Feb. 10

Texas Wesleyan started administering this widely-used survey in 2015 and considers it to be one of the most useful ways to measure students’ engagement and satisfaction with their college experience. 587 colleges and universities along with 323,801 students participated in 2015; over 1,600 colleges and universities and 5 million in participation since 2000.

Students – In appreciation for your effort, your name will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win prizes which include Amazon gift cards or lunch with President Fred Slabach.

Faculty and Staff – Encourage first-year freshman and seniors to participate!

How are the survey results used?

Texas Wesleyan uses the data to identify the undergraduate experience to make improvements in policies and practices, student services, student life, and much more in and out of the classroom.
