10 Reasons Why Your Next Hangout Should Be at a Rams Game

Let's face it, your houseplants are terrible conversationalists. They just sit there, looking green and smug. That’s why you should go support the Rams at home games! They are fast-paced, competitive, unpredictable and most importantly – fun!

Here are the top ten reasons you (yes, you) should go to a home game:

1. Vibe with the Tribe: Imagine this—hundreds of students, all decked out in school colors, chanting, cheering and just straight-up vibing together. It's like a massive, school-wide party where everyone knows the theme. Who wouldn't want to be part of that?

2. School Spirit and Community: Attending home games is a great way to show support for your school and its athletes. It fosters a sense of pride and unity among the student body, helping you feel more connected to the RAMily.

3. Cheer On Your Crew: Got a friend on the team? Imagine how awesome they’ll feel seeing you in the stands, losing your voice cheering them on. It’s friendship level-up time!

4. Tradition and Memories: Someday, you’ll look back on these days and smile, remembering all those times you packed the stands, cheered until you were hoarse and maybe even painted your face. These experiences are often highlights of the college years.

5. Network Like a Boss: Guess what? You can totally make connections while you’re out there enjoying the game. Whether it’s chatting up that classmate you’ve been meaning to talk to or meeting alumni who show up for the big games, you never know who you’ll meet.

6. Front-Row Drama: Sports can be like reality TV ... but live and way more intense. The close calls, the nail-biting moments, the buzzer-beaters — it’s pure entertainment! And you get to witness it all.

7. Snack Attack: Who can resist stadium snacks? From nachos dripping with cheese to perfectly salted popcorn, the food alone is worth the trip. Treat yourself to some game-day goodies — no cooking or dishwashing required!

8. Insta-Worthy Moments: Home games are prime territory for snapping some awesome photos. Whether it’s a shot of the roaring crowd, a sunset over the field or a candid moment with friends, you’ll have plenty of content to boost your social media game.

9. Escape the Routine: Break away from the daily grind of classes and homework. Home games are a mini getaway where the biggest worry is whether your team is going to make that final shot.

10. Be Part of the Story: Every season has its legendary moments — the last-second win, the record-breaking performance, the epic comeback. By going to the games, you’re not just a spectator, you’re part of the story that everyone will be talking about for years. (And many of our teams have recently gone on to win championship games!)

Sure, your plants are cool and all, but they’re not exactly the life of the party. So why not trade in those one-sided conversations with your Ficus for the electrifying atmosphere of a Rams home game? It’s where the real action is, filled with excitement, energy and a whole lot of school spirit. Plus, who knows — you might just have the time of your life. So, leave the plants to their photosynthesis and go catch the Rams in action!
