Grady earned his Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs where he was also a Resident Assistant. Upon graduating, Grady worked in film and video for three years primarily at the United States Air Force Academy before deciding to return to school to get a Master's in Student Affairs and Higher Education because he missed working with students. Prior to joining the Texas Wesleyan University team, Grady worked as a Resident Director at the University of Nevada Reno. When he isn't working, Grady enjoys playing boarding games, traveling, and cooking.

Grady can help you get involved in your residential community, answer questions you have about living on campus, assist with elevated roommate conflicts, and get you connected with other resources on campus.

Grady's favorite thing about Texas Wesleyan is the Smaller Smarter approach. He believes that working with a smaller student population allows him to make a larger impact on students.
