‌The Academic Success Center is holding it's annual candy corn contest. Come by and take a guess at how many pieces of candy corn are in the jar.

Being that we are supportive of learning new things each day, we had to do some research on candy corn. We wanted to find out some of the different ways people enjoy their candy corn.

One of the most interesting ideas was a recipe by Amy Erickson on her food blog, Oh Bite It!, that involves rolling three or four candy corn kernels in a ball of dough and then frying them in hot oil. The Bagel Store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn sells a seasonal candy corn bagel every year.

The person who has the closest guess wins the jar of candy corn and a Wesleyan T-shirt. The winner will be announced on Oct. 30.
