Wisdom Wednesday: Preparing for midterms

Are you nervous with midterms right around the corner?  This weeks’ Wisdom Wednesday will be suggestions for you to stay calm before and during your exams.

Here are some tips for before your exam:

  1. Plan ahead
  2. Study, don't cram
  3. Put things in perspective- your entire
    future is not in jeopardy
  4. Think of past successes
  5. Get plenty of sleep
  6. Eat breakfast

And during the exam:

  1. Read all directions carefully
  2. Change positions now and then
  3. Don't stay stuck, move on and come back
  4. Don't concern yourself with others- how they
    are doing, how quickly they finish
