Texas Wesleyan Brass Camp

The Music Department at Texas Wesleyan University will host a one-day seminar on Sunday, Nov. 8, for high school students who will compete in the Association of Texas Small School Bands (ATSSB) sequence of auditions.
The camp provides a masterclass-type environment that focuses on the ATSSB All-State études, presented by members of the Texas Wesleyan Brass faculty.
The camp begins at 1 p.m., highlighting strategies to overcome the many challenges inherent in the material and the audition process. At the end of the camp, the Faculty Brass Ensemble will perform a concert for all student participants.
Participation is $10, and students may register online. For more information, see our Special Events & Competitions page.
