Feeling stressed? Final exams are fast-approaching so Psi Chi is pairing up with Paws Across Texas to host a "Puppy Party" for all of the stressed out students, faculty and staff on campus right before finals week.

Research has shown that many humans have a natural love for animals. Some have pets as companion animals for emotional support, stress relief, companionship when alone, entertainment, sport or sociability. If properly utilized, this animal-assisted therapy causes physical, psychosocial or emotional responses not otherwise possible by human stimuli. 

For a $1 donation (you are more than welcome to donate more if you wish), you can soak up all the interaction you want from our trained, registered and certified furry friends! Each person that participates will be entered in a raffle to win a pair of free Cinemark movie passes!

Rev. Flowers will be performing a "Blessing of the Animals" ceremony at 11 a.m.
