Dr. Kendra Weddle (Irons) presented with Dr. Jann Aldredge-Clanton “Building Bridges of Intersectional Feminism Through Stories and Songs” at the 2018 Nevertheless She Preached conference in Waco, Texas. Their presentation drew on themes explored in their new book Building Bridges: Letha Dawson Scanzoni and Friends published in June 2018 by Cascade Books. Dr. Weddle (Irons) will lead a Mitchell-Reed lecture on the book this spring.
