The 2016 Fall Robing, Hooding and Commencement ceremonies are quickly approaching and there are a few important details faculty members need to know prior to the big days ahead.

All faculty members are welcome to attend the robing ceremony, but only faculty members who have agreed to robe a student are required to be in attendance. Tickets are not required for faculty members participating in the Robing Ceremony, however, due to limited seating faculty who are not participating but plan on attending should contact the Provost Office.
Faculty will line up at 10:15 a.m. in the McFadden Science Center outside of the Science Lecture Theatre (SLT). Please wear all academic regalia except mortar boards and tams.

Commencement tickets are now available in the Provost Office and are required for the ceremony. Please contact Amber Coronado, executive academic administrator, to have your tickets sent to your office.
Full-time faculty members are expected to attend official academic University functions such as convocations and graduations. Please refer to 5.1.2 of the Faculty Handbook.
Please arrive at 9:15 a.m. to line up. This is a large venue, and we will have to move our lines through the building, so it is very important to be on time. All academic regalia is required for the commencement ceremony.
There are two parking lots directly behind the chapel. Parking is also available in the back of the Riley Center (next to the Chapel). There will be a sign leading you to the entrance as well as student volunteers. Parking passes are not required.
