From 3:30-5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, at Lou's Place, the Provost Office is hosting a retirement reception for six outstanding faculty members who have served the University a combined total of 176 years.

Those recognized include:

• Mr. David Thurston, associate professor of library science and University librarian
• Dr. Ben Hale, professor of mass communications
• Dr. Stephen Yuan, professor of mathematics and computer science
• Dr. Sandy Hart, professor of marketing
• Ms. Cindy Potter, professor of library science and director of library
• Ms. Brynn Bristol, instructor of theatre and manager of costume design

Their service to Texas Wesleyan University has shaped the history of the campus and touched the lives of students, faculty and staff. The Provost Office hopes you will join us to honor them.
