University College Day is April 22 and the entire campus community is encouraged to take part. Oral and poster presentations will both take place. Oral presentations will take place in virtual classrooms. Presenters and participants are encouraged to check out the UCD program before April 21, for presentation times and virtual classrooms. All participants are also encouraged to register by April 21.
Check out the UCD program at www.txwes.edu/ucd before April 21. While you are there, register for UCD using the UCD registration link. Find more information on accessing virtual classrooms and presentation times here.
Posters will be accessible by everyone the entire day of UCD. For Poster presentations, presenters are encouraged to create a 5-minute video recording of themselves presenting their Posters. See these examples. Once you are done recording, save as 'MP4.' Upload a digital copy of your poster and your video here. Please adhere to professional dress code if you will be in the video. Save both files by the title of your presentation. You can view UCD presentation posters online.
If you create a PowerPoint for your poster instead, after you have finished with your PowerPoint, you may record your audio presentation to your PowerPoint. You can do the following;
Please note that you can also upload your poster or PowerPoint without making a video.
