How will my credits transfer?

You're applying to Texas Wesleyan with quite a few college credits under your belt already. Once you've submitted your transcripts your counselor can evaluate how your credits will fit into on of our degree plans. Our goal is to make sure that you're getting credit for all of the classes that you've already taken.

What if I don't meet the criteria?

If you don't meet the requirements, you can start the process for your application to be reviewed by the faculty committee.

You must submit the following items to your admissions counselor:

  • A personal essay about why attending Texas Wesleyan would be beneficial for you
  • At least two letters of recommendation

You have the option of:

  • Submitting a copy of your résumé
  • Participating in a personal interview with your admissions counselor

Once you have turned in your paperwork, your file will be sent to the committee for review.
