Join us for a night of fun as we go “behind the scenes” with the TXWES music department. This virtual event will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021 on Zoom.

Dr. Jerry Bierschenk, music department chair and director of choral studies, and Paul Sikes, assistant professor of instrumental studies, will showcase what’s happening in their respective programs and discuss how they are adapting to COVID-19 restrictions. You’ll also hear from current students about their experiences and what it’s like to work on a music degree in a pandemic. You’ll even get to hear some wonderful student performances!

This is a perfect opportunity for alumni, prospective students, parents and friends of the university to take a look into one of Texas Wesleyan’s most esteemed programs. Plus, the alumni staff will be giving out prizes, so mark your calendars for this fun event!
