The Wesleyan 5K has been moved to Nov. 3 and will be held in conjunction with the 2018 TXWES Homecoming. This will be a big weekend for the University starting with the Alumni Medal Dinner on Friday, Nov. 2, followed by the Wesleyan 5K, Homecoming football game and other events on Saturday.

Serve on the Wesleyan 5K committee

The alumni office is looking for volunteers to serve on the Wesleyan 5K planning committee. The committee will have an integral part in the planning and execution of the run and is vital to its success.

Committee Responsibilities

• Attend committee meetings, typically held weeknights after 5 p.m.
• Distribute marketing materials
• Solicit sponsors and vendors
• Volunteer day of event
