The Facilities Department is working with SchoolDude to implement the MaintenanceDirect Work Order Management System at Texas Wesleyan. Unlike the previous work order system, MaintenanceDirect will be utilized solely for Facilities Service and Maintenance Work Order Requests. The work order system will go live Nov. 14.
The majority of the current forms requestors use to submit facilities work orders will be gone. Instead, requestors will log in to MySchoolBuilding.com to submit facilities requests. Requestors will be able to choose between a variety of crafts and then will further define the request in the description box. Users will have the ability to log on to their account and check the status of their work order.
Users can self-register on the MySchoolBuilding website. You'll need your contact information, a registered account number and the submission password. Users can get this information through their department, school administrative assistant or the Facilities Department.
