Facilities is in the process of rolling out Asset Essentials, a new work order system. We are on track to make the change on September 21.

How do I access this new system?

Requesters can access the Asset Essentials system by going to this website: https://assetessentials.dudesolutions.com/TexasWesleyanU and logging in with their TXWES e-mail and password. IT has set up single sign on, so you will only need to sign in once.

The new work order system also has an app for requesters to use. The app is available through the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. Once you download the app, enter Texaswesleyanu as the client ID, and then you will be taken to a portal to enter your TXSWES e-mail and password.
