Faculty book club selection- How Humans Learn

Participate with your Texas Wesleyan colleagues in a book discussion of How Humans Learn. In his book, Josh Eyler writes about understanding how modern college students learn through the lens of human learning. Through his research in psychology, evolutionary biology and neuroscience, he discovered five elements that play an instrumental role in learning. His intention is for this body of knowledge to be a “litmus test” with educational research and current practices to explain the effectiveness of why these techniques work.

All instructors have access to a free digital copy of the book through West Library.  Off-campus users may be prompted to enter their Ramlink credentials.

To participate in the book club activities, visit the All Campus Faculty organization on Blackboard. More information is in the “CETL and Distance Ed” link on the Course Menu.
