Staff Council member voting will open to all staff on April 2 and last through April 11. The original members of Staff Council have served their maximum 3-year term and it is time to nominate new members. 

Staff Council service involves both monthly meetings and subcommittee meetings. To qualify for nomination, staff should have at least 2 years of employment with the university.

Maybe you weren't nominated but are interested in joining staff council? Make sure you can devote the time and get approval from your supervisor. 

Both Vice Presidents and Deans will nominate staff from all levels of their departments.
