We are excited to launch the first annual RAMily Awards Program. Working in a cross-campus collaboration, the Staff Council has developed an annual employee recognition program that allows for a peer-nominated process to honor those who go above and beyond every day for TXWES students. Four award categories have been developed that align with our newly established TXWES Core Values of the RAMily. To nominate for one of the four awards, please follow this process:

1. Determine the individual who you will nominate.
2. Determine which of the four RAMily Awards Categories you will nominate them for.
3. Write a nomination letter of no more than one page outlining the reasons this employees deserves the award.
4. Email the nomination letter to Jennifer Murphy (Staff Council Co-Chair) by Sunday, Nov. 10. at murphy@txwes.edu.

Faculty Chair and Staff Council Co-Chairs will facilitate the screening of nomination letters and presentation of finalists to President’s Cabinet. Awardees will be announced at the Campus-wide Faculty/Staff Holiday Luncheon on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
