“Eats for SouthEast” is a student-led project that came together in Dr. Wright's entrepreneurship class. This student group is committed to addressing the food insecurity challenges of our local neighbors of the Polytechnic Heights community by hosting a Farmers Market on the Texas Wesleyan University campus.
The group's mission is to bring the community together by providing great food, promoting the value of nutrition and increasing positivity. It envisions the Polytechnic community to have easy access to fresh food in the near future.
The event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 22. The location will be in the parking lot on the left side of the Central Texas Conference Center, 3200 E Rosedale St. Fort Worth, Texas 76104.
Hope to see you all there!
