The annual West Library Christmas Tree Decorating Contest is upon us!

Pick up a tree at the Circulation Desk starting Nov. 1 - 30.  Trees are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Decorate the tree to fit into one of these categories –

 a. Traditional Christmas

 b. Wesleyan Spirit

 c. Non-Traditional

Return the tree to the Circulation Desk by Friday, Nov. 30.

Trees will be on display in the West Library Reference area until Dec 4.

Judging will take place by 3 independent judges. All trees will remain anonymous until the winners are announced on Tuesday December 4th at noon.

Two prizes will be awarded in each category and a special prize awarded to the tree that sells for the highest bid.

You may either pick up your tree between Dec. 5 - 10 OR you may donate your tree to be purchased in the auction. Donated trees will be sold in a live auction which will take place Tuesday, Dec. 4 following the announcement of the winners. Each tree will have a beginning bid of $10.00. All proceeds will go to Meals On Wheels of Tarrant County. Please bring cash or check if you plan to bid.
