An incessantly ringing cell phone in a quiet café. A stranger at the next table who has had enough. And a dead man—with a lot of loose ends. So begins Dead Man’s Cell Phone, a wildly imaginative new comedy by MacArthur "Genius" Grant recipient and Pulitzer Prize finalist, Sarah Ruhl.
Directed by Associate Professor of Theatre Jeanne Everton, Dead Man’s Cell Phone runs Feb. 21-24 in the Thad Smotherman Theatre. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and at 2 p.m. Sunday.
Tickets are $8 for general admission, $6 for all Wesleyan faculty and staff and $4 for all students (with ID). The box office will be open from 1:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday and one hour before curtain on show days. For reservations please call 817-531-4211.
