"Trinity River Vision: a place to live, work, play and learn" is the topic of the next Mitchell-Reed Community of Learners, presented from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the Orientation Room of the West Library. Matt Oliver, communications specialist for the Trinity River Vision Authority, will be the guest speaker. Refreshments will be provided by the Provost's Office, co-sponsors of the Community.
