The U.S. National Table Tennis team trials, a lively and highly competitive event hosted by Texas Wesleyan in the Sid Richardson Center gym March 7-9, attracted media and spectators alike. The tournament was a success for the University, USATT and players.
Fox/KDFW's Good Day and ABC/WFAA's Good Morning Texas, were both on-site in the Sid Richardson Center gym Friday morning covering the opening of the trials.

Congratulations to current Texas Wesleyan player Yahao Zhang and former Texas Wesleyan player Jim Butler for securing a spot on the men's team, which will compete at the Table Tennis World Championships in Japan.
Texas Wesleyan's table tennis team will head to Pennsylvania next month to defend their decade-long reign as national champions.
