Word is Out and Spring Enrollment is up 9 Percent
More students are seeing the value in a university with small classes, engaging educators, and an emphasis on the critical thinking skills needed to pursue a graduate degree. It’s no wonder that Texas Wesleyan University’s 2013 student population has increased 9% over the same spring semester last year.
Official enrollment reports are based upon standard, census snapshot views and census dates are set by the campus to be consistent and comparable over time. All of which means, if you want a deeper dive into statistics, check out our Institutional Research.
What may not be evident in those numbers is the fact that we’re an excellent university and we’re affordable. U.S. News & World Report has ranked us in the no. 1 tier of regional universities three years in a row, and our bottom line price is below many in our class.
Another fact to consider is that last year, 99 percent of entering undergraduates received some form of financial aid.
