President Frederick G. Slabach will reveal the new Smaller. Smarter. advertising campaign and hand out free Texas Wesleyan t-shirts (limit 1 per person, while supplies last) at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, in Nicholas Martin Hall.
The new Texas Wesleyan t-shirts feature the latest Smaller. Smarter. billboard slogans in three colors – yellow, navy and turquoise. This event is open to faculty, staff and students.
About the campaign
Since 2012, Texas Wesleyan’s marketing campaign has won more than 100 awards and has played a central role in the University’s rising awareness and perception – it is the fastest-rising university in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in both categories. The advertisements, which feature a funny lead clip followed by a punchline that payoffs the value of a small school education, have become an ingrained part of the university’s institutional culture.
